Synopsis
After a disastrous toilet incident, Japanese boy Takeshi is flushed into an aquatic realm where he joins Jasmine and her UNCO organization to battle the world-threatening PIPS. They frequently travel to Taiwan to enlist their friend Akuei in their wacky fight against this bizarre menace.
