Synopsis
Originally titled Angel Densetsu, this 1996 OVA from Toei Animation centers on Seiichirou Kitano, a boy with a pure heart whose terrifying appearance causes constant misunderstandings. Mistaken for a violent delinquent, he is unwillingly thrust into the role of his school's top thug.
