Synopsis
During summer break, Nobita discovers a miniature rocket containing Papi, the tiny president of planet Pirika fleeing from rebel forces. When battleships arrive to capture their new friend, Doraemon and the group must travel to outer space using shrinking technology to defend Papi's homeworld.
