Synopsis
In the peculiar Penguin Village, the cheerful android Arale Norimaki and her creator, the eccentric Dr. Senbei Norimaki, get caught up in a whirlwind of bizarre events. When a mysterious, powerful object known as the "Bikkuri Baan" appears, it throws the entire village into chaos, forcing Arale to use her incredible strength and unique perspective.
