Synopsis
Kodaka Hasegawa, often mistaken for a delinquent due to his blond hair, struggles to make friends at his new school. He encounters the solitary Yozora Mikazuki, who, like him, has no real friends, leading them to form the Neighbors Club (Rinjinbu).
