Synopsis
In an alternate Tokyo ruled by a totalitarian regime, Capital Police officer Kazuki Fuse fails to shoot a young girl during a protest, triggering his psychological reconditioning. Haunted by her memory and drawn to her sister Kei, Fuse becomes entangled in a conspiracy that blurs loyalty and betrayal.
