Synopsis
Known as カッくんカフェ in Japan, this 1984 oddity follows superhero Kakuei Kakkun Tanaka through increasingly surreal escapades with his friends. His journey escalates from casual hangouts to somehow becoming Japan's prime minister and traveling to New York to avert global catastrophe.
