Synopsis
Known as A KITE in Japan, this OVA follows Sawa, a teenage assassin haunted by her past and manipulated by a corrupt detective. When she is paired with fellow orphan Oburi, the two find solace in one another while trapped in a world of violence. Their fragile hope for freedom is threatened by the darkness that surrounds them.
