Synopsis
Originally titled Maiko-san Chi no Makanai-san, this slice-of-life series follows childhood friends Kiyo and Sumire, who journey to Kyoto to become apprentice geisha, or maiko. When Kiyo's path diverts to become the live-in cook at their boarding house, she supports Sumire's rigorous training by preparing nourishing meals.
