Synopsis
In the summer of 1945, 220 first-year students at a Hiroshima girls' school are left as the only teenagers in a near-deserted town. Known as '夏服の少女たち' (Natsufuku No Shoujotachi), these girls navigate wartime deprivation with a fragile sense of normalcy. Their world is irrevocably shattered when an American bomber appears in the sky on August 7th.
