Synopsis
In January 2118, Akane Tsunemori investigates the murder of Professor Milicia Stronskaya aboard a foreign vessel, a case that reunites her with the fugitive Shinya Kogami. They uncover a plot by the paramilitary group Peacebreakers seeking the professor's dangerous research, the Stronskaya Papers, which could shatter the Sibyl System's foundation.
