Synopsis
Known in Japan as Puni Puni☆Poemii, this 2001 OVA follows 10-year-old Poemi Watanabe, a tone-deaf aspiring voice actress whose life takes a bizarre turn. After aliens obliterate her parents, she transforms into the magical girl Puni Puni Poemi, armed with a fish-wand, to defend Tokyo from intergalactic chaos.
