Synopsis

Haimura Kiri, a boy with an unusual obsession for cutting hair, encounters Iwai Mushiyanokouji, the "Hair Queen" cursed with perpetually growing hair. Kiri discovers his antique scissors, named Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge, are the only tools capable of trimming her locks.
