Synopsis
Known in Japan as トウキョウ・バイス, this OVA follows the Rutz Detective Agency after a mysterious man dies at a rock concert, leaving behind a floppy disc containing classified weapon schematics. The detectives soon find themselves entangled in military espionage and political subterfuge while hunting a killer.
