Synopsis
In the Japanese countryside, young Sanpei Mihira speaks with a Tohoku accent and lives for fishing, transforming into a serious angler whenever he holds a rod. Despite his inexperience, his natural talent leads him to enter various fishing contests where he encounters rivals and companions who challenge his skills.
