Synopsis
Originally titled Vampire Sensou, this 1990 Toei Animation OVA follows French agent Monsieur Lassar as he connects a savage assault on a NASA base in Arizona to a dead CIA agent found in the Seine. His investigation pulls him into the orbit of film star Lamia Vindaw and her eccentric vampire cult, a group whose hidden viciousness threatens far.
