Synopsis
Officers Miyuki Kobayakawa and Natsumi Tsujimoto of Bokuto Traffic Station intercept a terrorist manual targeting Tokyo during a routine arrest. Now hunted by both the document's creator and those who want it back, they must rally their fellow officers to prevent catastrophe.
